Styles for hair in that "ackward" stage?

My hair used to be in a short pixie cut. I am growing it out now and it's still short but long enough that I can barely pull it into a tiny ponytail. I have bangs but they are growing out as well. I can't get it cut right now cause I don't have a lot of money to spend(just had to fix my car) So i was just wanting some ideas from fellow short haired gals with some cut styles!!! Thanks

I had that problem when I was growing my hair out. You can put bobby pins on the top of your head pulling just your bangs back. you can also style it completely straight, totally curly, or flipped out at the bottom. I wish I had pics, but I have no clue where to get them. sorry! but i hope this helps!

i had used headbands alot when my hair was growing out from a pixie shag....be careful some caused my head to hurt...good luck
