Long hair styles for the early 30's?

I'm 38 and my hair is about to the middle of my shoulder blades. I have never bought into the whole, you can't wear long hair as you get older. I do think you need to avoid cutesy styles like pigtails and barrettes. Layered hair around your face helps keep volume in your hair and frames your face. Of course, you can't go wrong with the classic bob and you can wear a long bob that comes to your shoulders.
