no getting it shave just shows where the hair line is and looks like its receeding.

try neck legnth hair

and side bangs

it takes away from the forehead.

If you shave your head, this will only accentuate your forehead. I would keep the bangs because they will cover your forehead and make it look smaller. You might visit a stylist, share your problem, and ask for his/her opinion. They can usually give good reccomendations in accordance with your face shape.
